If you have ever enjoyed a Sambazon Acai juice or smoothie product or were thinking of purchasing one you'll be happy for this news. The team from Sambazon has released a statement declaring their plastics products are BPA (Bisphenol A) free and safe.
Sambazon has commented that recent media reports had quoted a doctor as stating any products marked with a Resin ID Code #7 contained bisphenol A and were not safe. This in fact is not true Sambazon says, their products are marked with #7 due to their multilayered make up but do not contain BPA. The inner and outer layers of their bottles are made of a high density polyethylene (HDPE) and both layers are BPA free.
